Very Easy 4k Run in the Afternoon Sun – 25:10
Posted on May 06, 2011 under Easy Runs | No CommentWas a bit hotter than I thought out there though! Just jogged a few random streets, got very hot but didn’t breathe too hard. Just plan a longish run on Sunday and a couple of pre-race easy ones next week now… fingers crossed!
