Easy Run – 6k – 35m 51s
Posted on Jun 30, 2008 under Easy Runs | No CommentSupposed to be an easy run, but had a steep hill near the end which made it a bit harder. Ran down through Haughton Green, downhill into Woods, along woods then back up St Road Hill and back home.
Actually ran slower than on my long run, but the term “easy run” is a misnomer, as I was glad to stop at the end feeling very warm.
