5k Easy Run - Hot and Sunny - 27m 20s

Felt really tired before going out - falling asleep with eyes streaming, have not had much sleep lately so didn’t expect too much out of the run, just want to keep legs loose for race on Sunday. Was pretty knackered even though I did over 27m for 5k, but it was very hot as well.
